“… in order for us to truly create and contribute to the world, we have to be able to connect countless dots, to cross-pollinate ideas from a wealth of disciplines, to combine and recombine these pieces and build new castles.” - Maria Popova

Let’s collaborate to help connect the dots on the complexity of balance.

We educate, involve, and empower clients, medical professionals, and the community to enhance balance and promote active lifestyles.  Our specialized educational programs and products are continuously updated based on the latest research and current publications.

We value research and currently the Balance Matters® mat is being used in research to evaluate its effectiveness when used for a home program to treat balance and stepping with Parkinson's Disease.

Reliable resources, articles, books and associations are listed as a reference promoting exercise and balance.
