Collaboration of the entire medical team including the patient is important to connect the many dots on the complexity of PD. This lecture will review the role a of a physical therapist to assess and treat the overall picture of the impairments (tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia), activity limitations (eg, transfers, gait, falls) and participation restrictions (limited engagement in community). Key elements of physical therapy intervention and the evidence that supports it will be reviewed and demonstrated. The importance of structuring treatment interventions using ne
